Facilitating peer-to-peer learning opportunities empowers employees to improve prompt engineering and adopt new AI-powered processes. \u201cOftentimes when we think about technology, we think adoption is training and that\u2019s it, it\u2019s a one-time event,\u201d says Sy. \u201cBut frankly, with an amazing technology [like] AI, it\u2019s not a one-time event\u2014the goal is to facilitate sustainable adoption.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
