It has come to our attention that the Availability and Health monitors sections on the Overview tab on the Environment monitoring page, are at times, showing the Availability and health status for Production environments as Unknown or red. When customers contacted Support to understand the issue, it was discovered that the environments are healthy and functioning correctly. This conflict of information has caused confusion about the reliability of the information on the Environment monitoring page.

We are currently working to resolve this issue. To reduce confusion until the issue is resolved, we will be hiding the Overview and Health monitors tabs on the Environment monitoring page as shown below. All other monitoring and diagnostics features are still available and are not impacted by this change. Though we have hidden the tabs, availability and health monitoring is still available to the Microsoft Service Engineering team.

We will unhide the tabs when we have resolved the issue.
