Today we are very excited to be releasing Windows Server Insider Preview Build 16257 to Windows Insiders. To access, register through the Windows Insiders for Business program or the Windows Insider program, and then navigate to the Windows Server Insider Preview download page.

This release also includes the Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) packages. When installed on a Windows 10 client, RSAT allows a user to remotely manage and administer Insider builds of Windows Server via GUI tools. Valid on Windows 10 client builds greater than 16250.

For a complete list of the new features in the build, make sure you check this Windows Insiders blog.

It’s all about your feedback!

The most important part of a frequent release cycle is to hear what’s working and what needs to be improved, so your feedback is extremely valued. Don’t forget to register a Windows 10 device with the Windows Insider Program. That way you’ll be able to provide feedback via the Feedback Hub App. In the app, choose the Server category and then the appropriate subcategory for your feedback. Please indicate what edition and build number you are providing feedback on.

You can also send your feedback via the Windows Server Insiders space on the Tech Communities.
