GenAI for Supply Chain Management: Present and Future

In this seminar we will describe how LLMs are being used at Microsoft to improve supply chain efficiency, by giving planners insights about the state of their supply chains and answering what-if questions. We will share our vision and roadmap for automating key supply chain processes and provide concrete examples from our ongoing work towards autonomous ERP. Finally, we will highlight engineering and research challenges in the intersection of optimization and AI.
